at least 6 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.

All refund applications need to follow the
regulations below.
Refund on and before February 28, 2025 will be charged 30% of
the registration fee.
After March 1, 2025, refund request will be unacceptable.
Refund procedure will take 15-30 days after submitting the application.
